The products of this shop are purchased by Daha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") on behalf of the customer upon receipt of a purchase request from the customer. After that, domestic delivery will be made from this shop to our warehouse, so after inspection, we will ship it overseas to the customer.

Product purchase and delivery procedure
Please click the link (or button) (indicated by the arrow in the figure) on the detail page of the product you found, following the instructions at the bottom of the screen. The page will transit to the center page. Please purchase this product on the transition page. The breakdown of the fee is: the product price, the shipping fee within Japan, and the agency fee. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your purchase request has been completed. We will purchase this product from this shop on your behalf. This product will be delivered from the shop to our company warehouse. If you choose to inspect your order, we will open the package and inspect the product for any missing items or problems. The invoice for overseas shipping fee will be sent to the customer's email. To pay for international shipping fees, click on the URL in the international shipping fee invoice e-mail to go to the payment page. Payment can also be made via "My Page". The customer pays overseas shipping fee from this payment screen. Our company will ship this product overseas to the customer after confirming that payment has been made. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. The email contains the shipping company and tracking number so you can track the delivery.
Purchase Considerations
- International Shipping Rates
  In addition to delivery by EMS, we will use DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, etc. depending on the weight of the parcel, the customer's location, and other circumstances. We will indicate which service we will use in the e-mail notifying you of the international shipping fee. Please note that an additional ¥2,800 JPY may be charged if the product price exceeds ¥200,000 JPY.

- About Agency Fees
  The following agency fees will be charged for each order from the same store when purchasing products. Product prices include Japanese consumption tax.
  - When the total amount of the product price and shipping charges within Japan is less than ¥6,000 JPY¥280 JPY
  - When the total amount of the product price and shipping charges within Japan is ¥6,000 JPY or more5% of the total price of the product plus shipping costs within Japan
- Because of the proxy purchase, it is possible that the product price, shipping charges, etc. may change between the time the customer purchases the product and the time we purchase it from the store on behalf of the customer. In this case, we will notify you of the difference from the current amount by e-mail. Additional payment is required for any shortfall.

- Collective Shipping
  For items purchased in the Dahabiz cart, items from multiple stores can be shipped together. Please let us know that you wish to ship in bulk by filling out the inquiry form. A handling fee of ¥1,000 JPY will be charged. Please note that we may not be able to combine shipments depending on the size and weight of the packages.

  *1 About strict packing
  Basically, we will use the same packaging that was shipped from the store. We will reinforce with cushioning materials. Depending on the packing situation, we will add new cardboard boxes or transfer the contents into newly prepared cardboard boxes.
  *2 About inspections
  If we receive an application for the wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong color, or wrong size within 14 days from the date of arrival of your parcel, we will refund the amount of the merchandise. However, refunds will not be made if the merchandise is a counterfeit brand, or if the authenticity of the merchandise is unknown, such as if there are no tags or other markings on the merchandise. We do not check the operation of electrical appliances, mechanical items, etc. during the inspection process. Therefore, refunds will not be issued in the event of malfunction.
  *3 About Shipping Guarantee
  We will refund the amount of the merchandise if we receive a claim for damage or loss during shipping within 14 days from the date of arrival of the parcel. However, we cannot compensate for malfunctions of electrical appliances, watches, etc. Compensation cannot be made if the goods have been opened during customs inspection or if there is no obstacle to the use of the goods. In addition, compensation cannot be made if the damaged part cannot be clearly identified.

- About Repair Requests
  When the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period or the store's warranty period, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.
- Contraband goods
  International mail cannot deliver items that are prohibited by law or treaty.

- Payment of Customs Duties and Customs Clearance Procedures
  In some countries, customs duties may apply at the time of importation. The purchaser is responsible for payment and handling of customs duties and customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for more information on whether or not customs duties will be charged and the tax rate before purchasing goods.
- My Page
  When you purchase a product, you will be asked to set up a login ID and password when you make a payment, and you will also create your own "My Page". The link to this "My Page" is included in the confirmation email you receive when you purchase an item. "My Page" displays the status and history of your product purchases for each order. You can also determine whether we are purchasing on behalf of the store, whether your order has been delivered to our warehouse, whether your international delivery has been completed, and the status and tracking of your international delivery. Payment for international shipping charges is made by clicking on the URL in the email invoice for international shipping charges and moving to the payment page, but payment can also be made from "My Page".
- Customer residing in Korea
  Customers residing in Korea will require a 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code(PCCC) at the time of import clearance. When ordering products, please be sure to enter this 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code(PCCC) in the remarks field. Please note that non-Korean nationals may enter their passport number instead of the PCCC.
- Customer residing in Australia
  Australia's Goods and Services Tax (GST) GST (Goods and Services Tax) is imposed on almost all goods and services consumed in Australia. The tax rate is 10% of the transaction price. For orders to Australia (including domestic delivery charges) of AU$1,000 or less, we will collect the GST (Goods and Services Tax) from the customer when paying for overseas delivery charges and we will pay the tax to the Australian tax authorities on your behalf.
  - Order amount (including domestic delivery charges) is less than AU$1,000
    GST of 10% of the total amount of the order, international shipping and handling fees for proxy purchases, etc., is due at the time of payment of international shipping charges.
  - Order amount (including domestic delivery charges) exceeds AU$1,000
    GST is collected from importers on goods over AU$1,000. Please pay the importer 10% of the total amount of the order plus international shipping and handling fees.

  Please note that if customs duties are incurred at the time of importation, payment must be made separately from GST.
